For an idea that is not finished yet

Bring the messy version. We will make it coherent.

You do not need a pitch deck or polished description. Tell us what exists, what must stay true, who it could help, and what a first customer might actually buy.

A workshop, not a slot machine

Develop the business before decorating it.

A website cannot rescue an unclear offer. The workshop connects the customer, result, scope, delivery, price assumption, voice, and action before it produces the final site.

  1. 01

    Record what already exists

Keep the current public name, customers, website, proof, or operating details visible instead of erasing real history.

  2. 02

    Find the first clear sale

Define a specific customer moment, result, scope, delivery sequence, and manageable buying choice.

  3. 03

    Pressure-test the language

Compare directions and names without fake scores, automatic winners, invented proof, or forced renaming.

  4. 04

    Turn decisions into a site

Use the approved business blueprint to shape pages, copy, visual direction, contact action, and launch review.

One system, not scattered answers

The offer, identity, and website finally say the same thing.

Each later decision stays connected to the earlier ones. Change something important and the affected work returns for review instead of silently pretending the old answer still fits.

Bring in my rough idea

A considered first offer

The useful part, made unmistakable.

Clear scope, a truthful promise, and a next step a real customer can understand.

Request the first offer

Designed around a real life

This path is for you if…

You can describe the idea, but the offer still feels vague or too broad.

A current name, customer, website, or piece of proof should be preserved.

You want to compare possibilities without surrendering the decision to a score.

You need the brand and website to grow from the business—not from a random template.

Straight answers

Before you begin.

Will it replace my existing business name?

Only if you explicitly choose to explore alternatives. You can keep the exact public name or improve its presentation without renaming the business.

Does it perform market validation?

No. It helps create a coherent, testable first offer. Real validation still requires conversations, observations, and purchasing behavior from potential customers.

Can I revise earlier decisions?

Yes. The workshop is built around review and revision. Important changes are carried forward so dependent work can be reconsidered.

When does payment appear?

Only after the business, name, brand, full website preview, editor boundary, domain choice, and final review are complete. Designing and downloading the brief are free.

One small prompt is enough

Your idea can be rough. The process should not be.

Bring what you have. Keep what is true. Shape the rest deliberately.
