OneSmallPrompt provides an isolated cloud workspace on shared infrastructure together with a managed AI assistant (your "engineer") that builds and operates your website or web application at your direction. Shared plans bill monthly (Spark) or annually (Capsule, Builder, Studio). A separately priced Dedicated Cloud service may run on its own VPS. We provide infrastructure and software — we make no promises about business results, income, or search rankings.
Every workspace uses a domain. You may bring a domain you control or select an available .com for us to register and manage for your project. A managed domain is held in our registrar account for your use while the account is paid and may be transferred to you subject to registrar or ICANN restrictions, identity verification, waiting periods, and payment of amounts due. You're responsible for keeping your console password safe and for everything done through your console.
Don't use the service to host or build anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful — including malware, phishing, spam operations, scraping farms, or content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend or terminate service that threatens the shared platform or other customers, and we'll tell you when we do.
Your content and code are yours. We claim no ownership over what you or your engineer create. You may request a portable package containing public files, private persistent data, a manifest, and checksums. Platform credentials, managed-AI keys and tokens, console authentication material, and host-level configuration are excluded. We can assist with migration to a customer-owned VPS or a OneSmallPrompt-managed dedicated VPS.
Pulse may perform deterministic uptime, TLS, storage, mobile-rendering, and browser-error checks. It may add a repair item or send a single hibernation notice; it does not guarantee detection or automatic correction of every defect. External webhook actions are disabled or require your authenticated approval. You are responsible for the endpoint, credentials, payload, and people affected by an action you approve.
Shared plans renew through Stripe on their billing cadence — monthly for Spark, annually for Capsule, Builder, and Studio; Dedicated Cloud may renew monthly. You can cancel anytime, which stops the next renewal; service continues to the end of the paid period. Managed AI overage is priced separately when requested. If something's wrong in your first 14 days, reply to your receipt and we'll make it right or refund you. Domain-registration costs already incurred may be non-refundable where the registrar does not refund them.
The Aftermarket is opt-in. A listing publishes only the fields you approve and is an invitation to discuss a possible transfer—not a valuation, brokerage service, binding offer, guaranteed buyer, or automatic sale. Domain, payment, private data, credentials, legal rights, and migration require separate owner-approved steps. You must have the right to list and transfer every included asset.
We work hard to keep everything running, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
