Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account basics: your email, selected domain, and billing/registrant details needed to provision, register a managed domain, and reach you.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Engineer requests: the messages you send your engineer are processed by Anthropic to do the work, and a history is kept inside your isolated workspace so your console can show it.
• Project operating state: Project Brain facts, missions, tasks, installed skills, checkpoints, branches, connector configuration, and your Aftermarket preference are stored inside your isolated workspace.
• Your site's data: content and leads your site collects (like contact-form submissions) are stored outside its public web root in private workspace storage. They're yours — we don't mine them, share them, or sell them.
• Pulse data: service health, TLS lifetime, response timing, storage use, browser errors, overflow checks, and a private owner-visible mobile screenshot may be recorded to diagnose the property.
• Optional public concierge: if you enable it, visitor questions and short-lived IP-based rate-limit state are processed to answer from owner-approved Project Brain facts. The concierge does not receive your private files, leads, or credentials.
• Server logs: standard web-server logs (IP, request, time) kept for security and debugging.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data. We don't run ad trackers on your console or your website. We don't read your leads. We use your email only for service messages — receipts, go-live notices, and things you need to know.

Optional publishing and connections

Aftermarket listings are off by default and publish only the domain, title, summary, owner indication, contact address, and update time you choose. Webhook secrets remain private in your workspace; the Connector Dock shows only sanitized connection status and sends a payload only after the configured approval step.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing of engineer requests), Resend (transactional email), and Hostinger (domains, DNS, and cloud infrastructure). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Your choices

Email us to access or delete your account data. Cancel anytime; when your service ends you can take your domain and content with you, and we delete your slice.
