Email support@onesmallprompt.com from the checkout address to request an archive containing supported public website files, supported private project data, a manifest, and transfer notes. The current managed clients do not yet offer a self-service export button.
The archive excludes platform credentials, authentication material, managed-AI keys and tokens, editor conversation history, service logs, and host-level configuration. Request and inspect the archive while access is active. Reasonable domain-transfer information is included in cancellation support; custom migration labor is separate.
